- I am a huge horse lover who hasn't had much contact with horses until recently. My first horse was a 17 hand, black Tennessee Walker named Foxy and was the sweetest horse. I miss him terribly and am trying to save enough money to buy him back. I just joined an equine drill team and am riding a 17.2 hand, off the track Thoroughbred named Garth.
